Sylvania City Schools Free and Reduced Program Information
Parents:  Your children may qualify for free or reduced price meals based on the income eligibility guidelines.  Applications are sent home each August, but parents may apply at any time during the school year.  Attention:  Fill out only one application per household each year.  You should include all children attending Sylvania Schools on one application.  Be sure to include all people residing in your household.  You may return the application to the Food Service Office, 7400 Cougar Lane, Sylvania, OH, or return it to your child’s school.  Once the application is processed, you will receive a status letter within 10 days.
